Table / Matrix: Total Column on first position

Allow the total column in tables or matrix to be on the first position instead on the last.

This seems like a very basic enhancement, the functionality already exists on the Row Subtotal, just add to Row Grand Total.

Also needed for Rows. Options should be aligned with the subtotal options.
