NewRe-phrase tenant issue e-mails "We’ve detected a report availability issue with Power BI"

We've enabled "Receive email notifications for service outages or incidents" in our tenant. Last week we started to get a lot of emails stating:
We’ve detected a report availability issue with Power BI
You’re receiving this email because we’ve detected a report availability issue with Power BI. As a result, users in this tenant may experience issues with accessing reports in Power BI. Dashboards and reports may fail to load.
Our engineers are investigating the issue. We'll send additional status updates by email.
If you have questions, please contact us.
And then we get emails stating:
"We’ve resolved a report availability problem with Power BI
Our engineers have fixed a report availability problem with Power BI. Users in this tenant may have experienced problems with accessing reports in Power BI. Dashboards and reports may have failed to load. However, the problem is corrected, and Power BI is up and running again.
If you have questions, please contact us.
After contacting Microsoft Support to find out what this is all about it turns out it is just auto triggered emails based on usage metrics in our tenant and that we are supposed to either optimize our capacity or upgrade it to a larger SKU.
Therefore - the e-mails are severely misleading since they state that Microsoft has engineers working on the issue and that Microsoft has engineers that have solved the issue - but you don't. You expect us to fix the issue, so that's what the emails should state, don't you think?
