Store reginal setting in Power BI Desktop file and do not use Windows regional settings

Power BI Desktop is using the regional settings of the local (Windows) client for interpreting stored DAX code.
Power BI Desktop files are sent over to other regions or used by multiple clients having any kind of regional setting. If the regional settings are not preserved within the Power BI Desktop file, this is super annoying and results in quite some time spent to search for yet another regional setting on the local machine that causes e.g. commas to be interpreted as periods, producing syntax errors in all DAX code within the file.
Another frequent problem is confusion about comma and semicolon.
