When consuming subscribed reports from the PowerBI service the date formats on any attached files are all in US English mm/dd/yyyy. This is because there isn't an English UK option to select against our user profiles.
When viewing live reports the correct date format is shown as my region is set to use browser default and that is all set to English UK.
