Standard way to import relationships (perhaps from a standard view)

Agreed best practice for analytic tools like Power BI is to connect to views rather than tables. When we do that, we then have to manually establish all the relationships. There really needs to be a standard way to import a set of logical relationships. I'd love to see an option that allows you to configure a specific view as holding details of relationships and to have an option on import to have any relevant ones applied. This would save an enormous amount of time. Bonus points if there was a way to save relationships back out (perhaps just as a SQL script of a view with a bunch of SELECTs unioned).
