Please make available a DAX and Power Query functions that would convert UTC time (which is what PBI service uses as server time) to any local time zone.
A function that will automatically account for the change in hours for both Standard Time and Daylight Saving Time in each country.
This will allow developers to easily display the correct data's "Last Refresh Date" for any report published to PBI Service.
