I'm constantly copying and pasting queries from the Desktop to the dataflows in the service, as it's easier for me. Do you plan making this through publishing from the Power Query interface? alternatively would be possible that the dataflow behaves differently from Desktop interface when copying from another PBI file? If rather than duplicating the queries including the referenced queries it would OVERWRITE the M code then we could copy and paste groups of queries without needing to go query by query copying and pasting code. Very least same named queries could inherirte the referenced query name, to avoid rewiring the references to other queries. Thanks Power BI team!
