Creating a calcutaled table useful at run-time as it happens for a measure

I think it could be useful to define a calculated table starting from an imported table with Power Query. This calculated table should affect to the filters created in a report. Moreover, it should be possible to create a relationship between the calculated table and the table to filter downstream. The behaviour of this run-time calculated table should be similar to a measure.
The run-time calculated table could be a good tip from the point of data-modeling view, reducing the effort for the report designing.
