Clearly there are some sign in challenges that MSPBI is facing. Perhaps let's start by fixing one at the very beginning. When the user selects 'Sign in' when using the desktop, the free-form field where the user types needs to have a label. Do I put my PW there, my username, or what my favorite food is. Help me!
