The new filter pane experience allows report creators to rearrange filters in the order they desire, and it shows drillthrough filters directly underneath the page filters.
Please allow report creators to rearrange the drillthrough filters as well even if they must remain underneath the page filters.
For example, if you have two page filters A and B and three drillthrough filters C, D, E then you can rearrange them so they appear as B, A, C, D, E but not as B, A, D, E, C.
