Add support for SparksSQL user function code completion

The Monaco editor is awesome and the built-in Intellisense features have given us higher productivity through syntax highlighting and various code completion mechanisms. We are a SQL heavy shop and we're wondering if there will be future support for SparkSQL user functiond code completion? This is the most heavily used language in our analytics stack and it seems to be the only language that is missing support for this feature (see: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/data-engineering/author-execute-notebook?#ide-style-intellisense)
