We have report that pulls data from many data sources and build multiple charts. When there is issue with retrieving data from any sources, automated refresh fails for all charts in the report, even though some of the chart doesn't have dependency on the failed data source. PowerBI should be able to perform partial refresh successfully in such cases instead of refresh failures for all charts in the report.
