It would be nice to be able to put additional filtering on conditional formatting. In an example, we have a matrix where we are showing a 7 day week and the grid has sum of hours by day by department. I do a conditional format using a stop light pattern (0-3 red, 3-6 yellow, 6-10 green), but really only need to stop light the M-F portion. Since people are typically off on Sat-Sun, it colors it red.
