Adjust the Pro licensing slightly, allow pro users to share 3 reports/dashboards with non pro users

We have many non pro users who only have the need to view one report or dashboard that has been shared with them. There is no business case for us to upgrade to pro for these specific users. I have spent a few hundred hours creating a dashboard which no-one can use (created before the licencing changes). If the pro licensing model is adjusted slightly to allow non pro users to view an arbitrary number of reports e.g. 3, ultimately PowerBI will entice more users to sign up, which will spread power BI awareness and ultimately drive increased adoption of Pro down the track.
