I have volumes of information to share with my teams that is best presented in tables and matrices. It would be a huge improvement if they were able to export the data from the visualizations and have the formatting in Excel match the formatting created within PowerBI.

This would be especially helpful for ongoing forecasting activities.

I was keep waiting every month release, until release this feature Power BI is always next to Qlikview & Tableau!!

As many other users already commented, export Power BI reports/matrix to Excel or PDF with proper format is a basic feature of many established BI tools. We are losing business users because of the lack of this feature. Can this be worked as the first priority?

This request is a very basic function and part of the sell in power bi is you can provide the information but retain control of the data , however if the only way you let people get finished tables out for inclusion in other reports, work etc is to export potentially misleading data tables, then it is a serious issue. It simply needs be like the copy table function , copy what is the data displayed at the time , no other data , no drill downs, no formulas just a simple capture of the matrix table as it is shown. basic formatting would be great but not even essential.
