Workspace roles - Member - Able to Change / Remove Lower Role

At this moment as per the documentation, only the Admin can remove ( Member, Contributor or Viewer ) from the Workspace.

Will bring much value if the member that can add lower roles will be able also to remove or change the lower roles ( Contributor or Viewer ) to reduce the dependency on the Admin.

Suggestion :

Admin - Add/remove people, including other admins.

Option1

Member - Add/remove people ( Contributor or Viewer )

Option2

Member - Add/remove people, including other Member
