Alter Existing Lakehouse Table

We need a straightforward method to add, drop, rename columns in Lakehouse tables.

The current advice seems to be to drop the table and recreate it.

This limitation is a showstopper for Lakehouse at the moment, in my opinion.

I hope it gets easier.
