Allow SSRS reports within PowerBi Service to maintain current data during refresh

Currently, if you upload an SSRS report to PowerBi and have AutoRefresh enabled when the refresh occurs, the entire report goes blank until new data arrives. If you have an SSRS report that updates every minute, this can become very frustrating to the end user - with the report page going white every minute waiting for data.

The idea is to have an option within PowerBi to disable this setting, so an SSRS report operates similarly to what SQL server does. Maintain the old data until new data arrives, and update when it has arrived - No blank screen during the "Loading" phase.
