Pro users have the ability to schedule refresh for daily (intra day) and weekly. For some datasets, monthly is the right cadence. Can we have a scheduled refresh option that is Monthly (and lets us choose which day of the month the refresh is to occur)?

If you urgently need it, you can use Power Automate to customize the schedule refresh.

I also support to implement the monthly refresh option, we developed many reports which need to be refreshed only once per month but they are crucial and critical to be updated with one month of data, interim refreshing does not make sense at all. So please implement this feature, it is much needed.

Why this still "needs votes" with 2k votes? This clearly needs to be implemented in PBI Service

Its 2022. How is this basic feature not added. Its like this idea post is not even looked at. Still sitting under the "needs votes" status. Come on Microsoft. Pick up the pace a little please. The amount of times I have had to say sorry to clients saying "sorry that is not a feature available within PBI". Disappointing.

This feature needs to be added. I can't believe this simple addition hasn't been added after 7 years, based on the number of people that want this feature it seems like Microsoft is just going to ignore us.

Small change to make, but big impact considering the number of customers who stand to benefit from the time they are wasting manually updating reports

How is this a feature offered in the on premise version of Power Bi but is missing from the Service? On Premise there are so many more option you can set for scheduled refreshes including multiple different ones.
You can have it run Monthly on the first day and have it run weekly.
Please add Monthly to the refresh schedule within the service.

I work in revenue cycle for a large healthcare organization. Revenue cycle reports and scorecards come out monthly. A monthly refresh would be extremely beneficial.
