Pro users have the ability to schedule refresh for daily (intra day) and weekly. For some datasets, monthly is the right cadence. Can we have a scheduled refresh option that is Monthly (and lets us choose which day of the month the refresh is to occur)?

I have a specific metric report that only needs to be updated every month, so a monthly refresh option would be a huge asset to Power BI.

I just published a report and went in to schedule a monthly refresh aaaaand... no. I can't believe that this isn't already an option.

This is a much required feature as most of our reports need to be refreshed monthly and on a specific day. There is no point in refreshing reports weekly or daily just to automate the process.
I see that this idea was posted more than 2 years back.
What is the status of this request?

Yes please! One of our SQL servers is not so fast so I don't want to steal resources more frequently than month unless I need to.

Yes, please. We need this for datasets where we need a snapshot at a point in time each month.

Yes please, this would be very helpful and reduce loads on MS servers. We would like some reports updated on the 10th month each month for example. We are currently scheduling to refresh every day and forcing an error if they day of month is incorrect to prevent the refresh.

What's the status of this request? Can we please get a "Monthly" refresh schedule option which allows us to select a specific month date (e.g. - 2nd of the month, etc) for the refresh to occur? Some of our datasets need this refresh frequency. Thanks

It would be useful and is available for scheduling options in other BI tools.
