Please add two options for The Pages Pane in Power BI Desktop (i.e. before publishing): 1. To set report default option for minimize/maximize 2. To set tabs default position

I suggest the addition of two default options in Power BI Desktop regarding The Pages Pane:

1. The possibility to set the desired state for the Pages Pane in Desktop before publishing (i.e. minimized/maximized). Today you have to do it in the service, after publishing the report.
2. The possibility to set the position of the pages tabs (side or bottom of the screen, and why not also on top of the screen while at it?) since it is affecting the amount of content that can be shown widthwise.

It would add great value for report developers in the sense of having more control over the use of space on screen, and in order to minimize the need to give instructions to report users on how to make best use of the settings, since it would be already in place.
