Customer was trying to run a report on PSTN data on Teams Admin Center but it doesn't display users as all UPN is 'Call Centre Queue'. If he go to the 'Call Centre Queue' user, in call history it only displays the number of participants, but not names? (Customer need the User Names)
Need to run a Team’s PSTN report per user?(need the User Names)
