Easy way to connect to Excel Documents in MS Teams

There needs to be an easy way to connect to an Excel document in MS Teams.

Currently our company is telling users to store their documents in MS Teams, which is great. But when we want to report off of those documents in Power BI it is difficult and confusing for users. (trying to open documents in sharepoint, copy url, delete parts of the url to make it work etc, just isn't working for our users)

Personally I think you should just be able to select "Excel" as the data source in Power BI, copy the link from MS Teams, have Power BI see it appropriately and just work.
