    Add status of Power BI Service to automatic emails when reports fail to refresh

    When admins are notified via email that one of their reports failed to refresh it would be nice to have an embedded updated from support that also shows the Service Outage/Degradation or Awareness information that is currently on https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/. Users may not be immediately aware there is an issue and waste time trying to fix a problem that doesn't exist on their end.
