Maintain selections/ interactions on parent page while returning from drill through page

The need
- Select data elements across multiple visuals within a single page
- Once desired population is reached, drill through to detailed view
- On the detailed drill through tab, review details and click on 'Back' button
- Takes you back to previous page and maintains all filters and interactions(selections) prior to drill through

Currently at step 4, the original page resets all interaction/ selections but maintains any filters applied which was not the last state of that page
