We should be notified when there is a new version of both gateways. In addition, the Enterprise gateway should be updated automatically (admins should be able to turn this on/off).

We would need this auto update, that will help us to avoid the manual intervention for admins to manage gateway.

Every time there is a "failure to report" from Power BI, users lose trust in the software. Eventually, a management decision is taken that the software cannot be relied upon and therefore should be replaced with something that CAN be relied upon.

Microsoft: They're not interested in WHY the software fails to report. If this problem can be fixed then FIX IT...or run the risk of losing your customer base.

Yes! Please add this feature. In our case the service is almost always running but for some reason isn't responding correctly. The Power BI admin center correctly says that the server is unreachable but the service is running. Restarting the service fixes the issue.

Since our admins don't use Power BI yet, we don't follow it. When breaking changes occur we have to react and it makes us look bad and is causing abrasion. Not cool.
