Improve notebooks source control (lakehouse links, missing build in resources).

When notebook source control was implemented, min. 2 things was not implemented well:

1. I am sure, the lakehouse link should not be a part of a code as is implemented right now. Its environment setting, as should be part of environment definition. Now, when you do not have implemented branch development within one workspace and you have to develop in other environment, you will rewrite all lakehouses connected to notebook in dev.
2. It seems you forgot to implement Build In notebook resources. As those are only other files attached to notebook, it should be quick fix.
