Change security Model for Power BI to be enterprise

Stop all this ownership non-sense and change the security model so that permissions are set on the portal (using AD groups etc.) so that settings, connections, etc can be viewed an altered if you have permissions and removed all the ownership rubbish.

I have no idea why ownership has anything to do with enterprise management of Power BI assets.

Can we drag Power BI into the Enterprise, please?!!!

And while you are at it can we also have a proper configuration management system (either Visual Studio project or some such) that plugs into our Azure DevOps pipeline.
