How to set Skip test connection option as true while publishing Power BI report through REST API

We have created one Power BI report using Web Api. Api detail and its parameters are embedded in report query. We are publishing the report using Power BI Rest Api. Report is published successfully but during refresh operation the report is showing error informing “Data set is missing credential”.

During further study, we observe that for Web based data source, we need to set “Skip Test Connection” as true. If so, then Power BI is allowing refresh the underlining dataset for the report.

Unfortunately, Microsoft does not provide any option to set "Skip test connection" using Power BI Rest Api.

It will be helpful if "Skip test connection" can be set using Power BI Rest Api. This facility will allow to design fully automated solution for maintaining Web Api based Power BI Report.
