Dataflows can only be edited via the browser. Would be great if there was a 'Dataflow Studio', that allowed us to create standalone dataflows, without having to create a PBIX file. So please don't put it into Power BI Desktop, without enabling standalone file creating.
Output can still be JSON files, ready for export to the Power BI Online service, or direct publish.
