Parameterizing On Prem Data Gateways and other connections for Synapse Analytics / Azure SQL / SQL server

We are using On-Premises Data Gateway in conjunction with multiple Copy Activities to pull data, but we are encountering an issue when attempting to parameterize connections for Synapse Analytics, SQL Server, and Azure SQL Data Sources. When the source is parameterized with a variable, the connection type is automatically set to Lakehouse, which is not the desired configuration. As a result, we are forced to manually update the pipeline connections in higher environments after deployment. Additionally, there is no support for managing Data Source configurations through deployment rules in the deployment pipeline
