I second that. Alternatively, at least adjust the price of additional storage. I understand Microsoft wants to push Data Lake, but it's not feasible to push all data there and cause extra developments simply in order to manage storage - especially considering how cheap storage actually is!

A cancel button not actually cancelling I would have said was more of a bug than an idea, maybe report it as a bug to get fixed and bypass the need for it to get enough votes.

The "Cancel Approval Request" should fully stop the Power Automate flow. It's confusing when cancellations in Business Central don't halt the automated workflow. This integration would simplify processes and reduce errors.
