Improvements to Dataflow Gen2 Fast Copy

Currently the native combine file option adds encoding and quotestyle options to the sample file generated for ingesting multiple CSV files.

This causes the Fast Copy feature to fail.

Please either remove these options in the auto-generated sample file query, OR, remove these limitations from the Fast Copy Activity.
