Adding a "is not in the last" option for relative time and relative date when filtering by time/date

I ran into a situation where I need to filter out all rows containing a date that did not occur in the last month. While it is possible to do this with DAX, it would be nice if I could simply filter these rows using the filters tab. Currently, if you filter by date, click 'relative date' under filter type dropdown, and then click the 'Show items when the value:' dropdown you get three options. These options are 'is in the last', 'is in this', and 'is in the next'. This would be really useful if I was trying to get only data in the last month or year, but I am looking to do just the opposite! Adding an option like 'is not in the last' would be awesome.
