Make the "Between" date slicer update to the latest date automatically after a refresh

Currently, when the DS refreshes, the between date slicer remains on the older date as the latest. This default behavior makes no sense, since we would want the most up to date view to be the default, and not the view that was relevant a few months ago when the report was published. Currently, if I publish a report with a between date slicer, I'd have to manually update it every so often, so as it doesnt show users several months old data by default on opening.
