Hide Drill Up/ Drill Through after Right Clicking while keeping Layered Data fields intact for a Particular Visual

Drill up and drill down options appear in the action bar, on Modern visual tooltips and also by right clicking on the visual(bar chart, line chart etc.). The request is to add the ability to hide the drill up and down options in Reading view that is displayed by right clicking on say a specific bar in the bar chart.

It is possible to hide these options in the action bar by going to Visualizations Pane > Formal Visuals > General > Header Icons > Icons > Disable drill up, drill down. It also possible to hide these options by completely removing the Modern visual tooltips but it is not possible to hide the drill up/down options that appear after right clicking on a selected visual element (Eg. a bar in a bar chart).
