Pipeline Triggers based on Events in S3, GCS and all other Shortcutable Storages

To build event-based data processing in a Multi Cloud scenario it would be awesome to have event-based pipeline triggers for all the storage options that can be connected via shortcuts.

ADLS support is already there, implementation of event triggers might be hard as it would require listening to SQS for AWS or the like for other cloud providers, but it would be the foundation for an open Multi Cloud platform.

I tagged this is category Data pipeline because thats where it would help, even though the implementation might be part of Data Activator.
