We would like to have multiple y-axis on a chart, more than 2

Update 10/17: This is now in our upcoming roadmap and we will share more details in the coming months. Mo

Multiple y-axis for Cartesian charts is on our backlog. I don't have a timeline to share, but please keep voting. I'll update the idea once we have more information to share.

RE: Multiple Y-Axis on a chart

when is this going to change status? when are we going to get this implemented?

RE: Multiple Y-Axis on a chart

I am looking for an ability to create secondary axis on a line chart. i know this exists in combi chart (Line and clustered column chart) but for the numbers that we are reviewing i want it to be a dual line chart on both axes.

RE: Multiple Y-Axis on a chart

This is my number one reason for not adopting PowerBI yet

RE: Multiple Y-Axis on a chart

Clustered column + line is not always elegant. Need to be able to have clustered column charts with different scales.

RE: Multiple Y-Axis on a chart

Dual Y-axes should be enabled for all types of charts, not just combo bar and line charts. There are many scenarios where two series are best represented by lines (or both by bars) but have different units, or are at different scales.

RE: Multiple Y-Axis on a chart

The secondary Y axis doesn't work at all!

RE: Multiple Y-Axis on a chart

Definitely need dual axis for line charts. E.g. when plotting altitude and speed of an aircraft, both dimensions are best represented by lines, but they're completely different measures and absolute values, and therefore require a dual axis graph...

RE: Multiple Y-Axis on a chart

I only need to have two y-axis. If this is added, I would also like to be able to set properties for each axis separately.

RE: Multiple Y-Axis on a chart

I would amend this - any chart type that has an X or Y axis should allow a secondary axis. Which axis a measure appears on is simply an attribute of the measure, not a new visualization type. You should be able to click on the measure in Values, and there should be an option to show on secondary axis. Obviously, this would not be an option for a non-cartesian viz like a pie or treemap, but anything with an X or Y axis should allow for it.
