Power BI Direct query tabular reports has a known bug for loading rows in larger reports ex: 300,00 rows and 31 columns. It silently skips the rows after the rows size hits ~30 MB which needs to be fixed with a silent/lazy load of rows in the background or load the additional rows on scrolling the table.
