New Desktop app update installed an almost white user interface. There is zero contrast which is not good for the eyes. I see where some people have requested a light interface so incorporate an option to select either light or dark theme like in the Office apps.

Seriously, almost 3 years and still hasn't happened. I'm still fairly new to Power BI in the grand scheme of things, and I'm just extremely disappointed in so many simple things that just don't exist... like source/version control?! Dark mode should be available consistently across all Microsoft apps, version control & history should always be an option, and why can't I connect directly to a service report from Power BI Desktop? Simple, basic things that were available in other applications almost 10 years ago. The Microsoft 365 complete experience is feeling less and less complete the more apps that I use.

I wish there was dark mode. It hurts my eyes! Hope you can add this to the roadmap.

3 years... seriously. Come on Microsoft! Dark Mode should be a standard across all of your applications by now. This is ridiculous!!!

Unforgivable not to have dark mode in 2022. I have to make so many adjustments to my monitor settings just to be able to use PBI Desktop without hurting my eyes. Please fix it. PLEASE

It's super disappointing this has taken to long and yet has received no traction at all. Personally I get migraines frequently and use Power BI each day almost all day. The contrast is totally unbearable. Please get this fixed.
