Option to use either light or dark interface.

New Desktop app update installed an almost white user interface. There is zero contrast which is not good for the eyes. I see where some people have requested a light interface so incorporate an option to select either light or dark theme like in the Office apps.

This request is on our roadmap, but we don't have timelines to share yet. We'll update this idea when there are more details to share. Thank you!

This is how you know that a product is never going to be good, 8 months on and by far the most requested feature, which just happens to be a feature that was actually taken away, still doesn't even have a timeline.

How does the same company that released the brilliant VS Code also look after this product? The only reason I use it is because I'm forced to at work, thinking about changing jobs just to get away from this awful product.

DARK MODE PLEASE! My eyes suffer a lot from the tiny fonts and low contrast on the big screen. I think you might try to re-evaluate the wisdom of the first version UI designer who made the iconic Power BI grey background. Now, this light grey BG looks like another version of Tableau ...
