New Desktop app update installed an almost white user interface. There is zero contrast which is not good for the eyes. I see where some people have requested a light interface so incorporate an option to select either light or dark theme like in the Office apps.

This request is on our roadmap, but we don't have timelines to share yet. We'll update this idea when there are more details to share. Thank you!

This has been here nearly a year, and with nearly 5k votes, yet still no update? Dark mode seems to have been rolled out everywhere in the last 2 years, but still no dark mode in Power BI? especially when a lot of people need it to use the programme effectively and helps partially sighted people. This should be fast tracked. shocking.

Please help.....didn't realize the "power" in PowerBi wasn't just functionality but in the light permeating into my corneas.

I am new to Power BI and from the looks of the comments it looks like you had a Dark Theme and took it away. That makes no sense at all!

Please bring this back and save my eyes!!!
