New Desktop app update installed an almost white user interface. There is zero contrast which is not good for the eyes. I see where some people have requested a light interface so incorporate an option to select either light or dark theme like in the Office apps.

a change which impacts the readability of a program, especially when it comes to people working in brightly-lit offices, without warning or testing in Preview mode?

Please revert to dark mode - alternatively, is it possible to have a colour mode to choose optionally.

Surely somebody on your team should have been taught that white mode is not "modern" as you stated in your update page. It is actually the opposite since more and more studies are being releases showing that white-mode actually destroys your eyes long term.
Absolutely insane that you would release this without an option to switch back to dark mode. My eyes are killing me and I am only 25 with 20/20 vision. Please revert back or add dark-mode in the next update or ASAP. Thank you.

I understand some people tolerate a light mode, but does anyone on earth like it better? I haven't met them, it has made the tool significantly less enjoyable.

Why is this feature available in some Microsoft applications and not all?? It boggles my mind. Make this feature available across all applications, including Power BI!

With the new bright layout, a dark mode is very important.
