I should be able to order the "legend" and the values for each legend category in a stacked bar chart. This is similar to "series order" feature in Excel

This is very basic feature and it should be available in Power BI.

still waiting on this feature, which really should have been applied to begin with. It's SO frustrating not being able to control the visuals properly from a design perspective.
