Email to mail-enabled security group while sharing

When sharing reports, Power BI sends an email invitation to the individuals, but not to groups, with a link to the shared content.

When "Send email notification to recipients" is selected it only sends to individual users. This is confusing. I have been sharing with mail-enabled security groups for over a year and just realized that none of the users in the groups have received email notifications.

At the very minimum, I believe the text needs to be updated to let us know that only individuals are getting email notifications (if checked) when it is shared.

It would be great if we could send email notifications to groups through the service, but I can manually send emails to groups through Outlook.

It would have been nice to know that users weren't getting my emails.
