Please take a consider to allow a shared refresh that is running in the service, for a dataset to be cancelled (in the same way that a dataflow refresh an be cancelled) this way if a dataset that say usually takes 1 mins to refresh is still running 1 hours later we can cancel it and restart the refresh to avoid the high pending mashup container for extended time
