This is just a super easy fix
To download a dataset you first need to go enter the workspace and then you can click in the "..." menu and choose download. As the Pipeline already have a "..." menu on the dataset, there's no reason to not include the download option. At leas not if the dataset is directly uploaded and not deployed.
And while doing this, please also add the download meny item in "..." for reports as well. And while doing this, please do the same for reports from the workspace menu. It's kind of strange you can download the datasets directly from the workspaces, while for reports you first need to open the report and then choose download from the file menu
