What would be nice is to have the ability to build the Power BI app, so that you can see it how it looks and test links, etc, WITHOUT having to publish it i.e. you can build a preview of the app and test it first. The ability to share the preview would also be helpful in the sign-off process. Then when you publish it you can be sure you are happy with the color schemes and all the links work. There's nothing worst than publishing something that's "broken"!
