Formatting options in Tables / Matrix tables separately for each field added

Missing basic formatting options for colorizing each of the added-columns separately, let’s say an example:

- I added a Manager Name, Agent name, Fiscal Week, Product Group & Product Name into the table. And I want to be able to format Manager and Product Group separately from the others, something like ‘higher-level’ hierarchy format, if you get what I mean

Or in a summary:
We need to be able to select each dimension and measure added in the tables / Matrix separately, for formatting purposes. Sometimes, it is not good that all measures and dimensions are formatted equally, when you got a bit larger scorecards.
Or when you got one main measure and there are 'lesser'/descriptive measures beneath, so you want to highlight the more-important measure above it separately!
