    Introduce handling of empty Lakehouse tables in Pipeline Copy Activity

    Right now, if a Lakehouse table is empty when copy activity is trying to retrieve data from it, the activity fails with error "file path not found".

    This error is fine if I tried to access files in the Lakehouse but if I am accessing a table which exists it should just return no data and pass just as it does in the Lakehouse UI or Pipeline preview.
